Estimated to be completed mid-2019, the 13-story River Place project will include condos, apartments, restaurants, a fitness studio, commercial tenants, and a new parking deck. 70% of the condos in it have already been sold, as people gravitate to amenities such as roof top pool, clubroom, and lobby concierge.

The residences will be in two buildings: 240 Water Street and 10 Grace Street. Both feature incredible Cape Fear views from the balcony, beautiful kitchens with upscale stainless steel appliances, and access to the rooftop fitness center and pool.
