Meet Ginny
Real Estate AgentGinny Richards is from North Carolina and Virginia and grew up vacationing every summer on the NC coast. She attended college at Virginia Tech and majored in the Real Estate Program at the Pamplin College of Business. There, she was President of the VT Real Estate Club as well as an Ambassador for the Real Estate Program.
Ginny has grown up around real estate all her life, with her dad being a broker of 30+ years in North Carolina and Virginia. Throughout college, she completed several commercial and residential real estate internships. After graduating college, she worked for Phoenix Commercial Properties in Raleigh as a broker assistant and eventually moved back home to get into business with her dad’s commercial real estate firm. There, she worked with him in sales and leasing for two years before moving to Wilmington in 2022 and joining Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.
Ginny has a black and tan coonhound with whom she loves spending her free time! When she's not working, she enjoys going to the beach, fishing, trying new restaurants in Wilmington, and visiting home. Ginny is passionate about real estate and prioritizes communication, hard work, and lasting relationships.
