Happy Thursday Wilmington! Today we’re excited to write about one of Wilmington’s favorite areas for shopping, eating, and working – Mayfaire Town Center

Covering over 400 acres on Military Cutoff Road, Mayfaire hosts a total of 104 stores, catering to a vast variety of needs and interests. The shopping alone is tremendous: in a day you could buy your wedding dress from David’s Bridal, Yorkshire Pudding Mix from World Market, and the latest bestseller from Barnes & Noble. There’s ice cream, wine shops, restaurants, donuts, coffee shops, jewelry, a bike store, craft stores, pet supplies, gyms, grocery stores, math tutoring, portrait studios, spas, and of course, the Mayfaire theater that lights up at night. That’s quite a mouthful, and there’s still so much more.

Besides having all the shopping, eating, and entertainment one could ever dream of, Mayfaire also hosts fun events throughout the year. On May 4^th – 5^th, for example, you’ll find the Wilmington Spring Boat Show in full swing, where Mercury Marine will present some of the bestselling models of 2018 plus free fishing seminars by Capt Jerry Dilsaver.
