John Sweetz is a real estate agent focused on utilizing his knowledge of the real estate market and financing to help his clients find their perfect home. John grew up in a real estate family, when he graduated from college, he immediately went into real estate sales where he achieved Top Sales Producer for a large Coldwell Banker Company in Pennsylvania. After 13 years working in real estate sales John began working in the mortgage industry. Johns love for financing and helping first time home buyers achieve their dream of owning home is what led him into the mortgage industry, which he found very fulfilling, but he missed the personal connection of finding the perfect place for his clients to call home. After 22 years in the mortgage industry, John is looking forward to getting back to the career he loves, real estate sales and investing.
