Brian Driscoll

Born and raised in Gastonia, North Carolina, Brian’s goal as a young man was to live near the sea. His ambition led him to Wilmington to attend university, and upon graduation immediately began leaving his mark on the local community as a licensed general contractor.

Determined to expand his skill set, Brian began his real estate career with the goal of improving the client’s experience by providing an objective analysis on prospective properties based on his extensive experience in the construction industry.

His network of skilled tradesmen and professional craftsmen are always available to his clients making the real estate experience relatively effortless through his acquisition of resources during his career. From inspections to financing, lawn maintenance to full scale remodels, additions, and new construction, Brian can assist you in accomplishing your real estate goals.

Brian is the proud father to his son Sullivan and daughter Palmer, with his beautiful wife Caroline, and often you’ll catch him on the road with his best pal Bear riding shotgun. Brian spends his downtime with his family on the beaches and waterways of coastal North Carolina, and often sneaks out to one of his favorite surf spots to enjoy the great surf the area has to offer.
