Diane StricklandFrom the start, it has always been about people. Diane is an Ohio native who spent her early career in Los Angeles managing orthopedic and sports medicine centers. While raising five children, she decided to use her strong organizational and people skills to pursue a career in real estate so she could continue in a service-oriented business.
Diane relocated to North Carolina in 2003 and joined a large family real estate team and later joined the Sherwood Strickland Group. Now, as a REALTOR®, her focus on people remains strong. Diane knows that for anyone buying or selling a home, emotions play one of the biggest roles in the process. She makes it her number one priority to ensure that each of her clients are satisfied and comfortable with the decisions they must make during a real estate transaction. Once these decisions are made, next steps for Diane include handling all the details in a professional, intelligent and very systematic manner. This is the only way to guarantee a smooth and stress-free process.
Diane’s dedication, professionalism and concern for the needs and desires of her clients, has earned her the respect of her colleagues, repeat business and referrals from her clientele.
She relies on her 16 years of management background and over 18 years of real estate experience to help expand the company while never losing sight of it’s customer’s needs. Her superior familiarities with the current and past inventories, area trends in valuation and time on market are key information for both buyers and sellers.
Diane is extremely in tune with Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, its residents and culture, its growth patterns (up & down).
This sort of invaluable, regional knowledge is one of the keys to Diane’s success as a real estate sales Broker – the sort of success that comes two-fold – for Diane as a REALTOR® and for her clients – accomplishment of their real estate goals.
But more importantly, Diane’s dedication, professionalism and concern for the needs and desires of her clients, has earned her the respect of her colleagues, repeat business and referrals from her clientele. For Diane, these are the true measures of success.
